Flow Drills

Flow Drills are the beginning of your timing.  It's a stepping stone to sparring.  Wrestling and Jiujitsu a flow drill called The Pummel.  Tai Chi uses a flow drill called Push Hands.  Wing Chun uses a flow drill called chi sao.  In the Outer Clinch we use a flow drill to develop The Cop's Russian, our most important arm control.  We also use The Pummel from wrestling and flow drill known as hubud lubud from Filipino martial arts.
